1. What does my membership include?

All memberships include:

• Unlimited admission during regular museum hours.

• Guest passes.

• A discount on museum birthday party packages.

• A monthly member e-newsletter with museum updates.

• 50% off general admission at participating children’s museums through the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network.

2. Who is included on my membership?

Your membership level determines who is included:

• Little Family – $85: Admission for 2 family members: 1 adult and 1 child.

• Big Family – $165: Admission for 4 family members from the same household, including at least 1 adult.

• Bigger Family – $245: Admission for 6 family members from the same household, including at least 1 adult.

• Grand Family – $205: Admission for up to 6 guests: grandparents and their grandchildren. Up to 2 adults may be included, and both adults must be grandparents.

3. How many guests can I bring?

All memberships include guest passes. Guest passes allow you to share the museum experience with family and friends. Please check your membership information for the specific number and terms of guest passes included with your membership.

4. Do I need to reserve tickets if I’m a member?

No. Members do not need to reserve tickets in advance. Your membership includes unlimited admission during regular museum hours.

5. How long does my membership last?

We offer two membership options:

• 1-Year Membership: Your membership is valid for one year.

• Auto-Renewing Membership: Your membership automatically renews according to the renewal terms provided when you purchase it.

6. How do I renew my membership?

If you choose an auto-renewing membership, your membership will automatically renew according to the terms provided when you purchase it.

If you choose a 1-year membership, you can purchase a new membership when your current membership expires.

7. Can grandparents, babysitters, or other caregivers use my membership?

The Grand Family membership is designed specifically for grandparents and their grandchildren. It includes admission for up to 6 guests, with up to 2 adults, and both adults must be grandparents.

Other membership levels are designed for family members from the same household as specified by the membership level.

8. Does my membership provide benefits at other children’s museums?

Yes! All memberships include a Reciprocal Admission Benefit. Members receive 50% off general admission at participating children’s museums through the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network.

Participating museums may have their own terms and restrictions, so we recommend checking with the museum you plan to visit before traveling.

9. How will I receive my membership?

Your membership will be sent to you by email.

Membership emails are sent once a week on Wednesdays. Please keep an eye on your email for your membership information.

10. When will I receive my membership?

Memberships are sent by email once a week on Wednesdays. If you purchase your membership after the weekly processing time, your membership will be included in the following Wednesday’s membership email.

Haven’t received your membership email yet? No problem! You can still visit the museum. Simply bring a valid photo ID to the front desk, and our staff can look up your membership and assist you.

11. How do I check in at the museum?

When you arrive at the museum:

1. Present your membership card at the admissions desk.

2. Provide a valid photo ID so our staff can verify your membership.

If you haven't received your membership email yet, simply provide a valid photo ID at the front desk. Our staff can look up your membership and help you check in.

12. Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes! Memberships make a great gift for families.

Memberships can be purchased online or in person at the museum.

Gift memberships are available for purchase as well.
